Zahir (age 3) was excited to start.  He began by using the clothespin to grab a pom pom (such a great way to work on his fine motor development)…

Although the primary focus of this activity was to work on fine motor skills and counting, color identification and one-to-one correspondence were also a part of the learning.

We kept going until all the cards were full of pom poms.  Then, he dumped them all back into the bowl to play again later.
